The Universite de Montreal is one of the top French-language universities in the world boasting a range of expertise that is unique in Canada. With programs in all the major disciplines related to human and animal health, the university is a leading training and cutting-edge research hub. Its network of 37 partner hospitals and health centres is one of the strongest clinical divisions in the country. In addition to 16 core faculties, the university has two affiliated schools: Polytechnique Montreal and HEC Montreal.
