Career Impact Institute was founded by Mrs. Bhavna Naithani. She has been coaching students for study abroad courses for the past fifteen years. She was a second ranker in B.Sc. in Satheya (Parle) College. After B.Sc., she pursued Chartered Accountancy course. Because of her inclination towards studies, she started coaching students for higher education abroad as well as in India. Career Impact Institute was founded in the year 1999.

Mr. Prasen Naithani Co-founder of Career Impact is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law Graduate and an MBA. He is a faculty of NMIMS, a premier management Institutes in Mumbai for past 10 years.
