Agency Dashboard for Monitoring Student Outcomes – 04/07/2023
PRISMS’ Agency Dashboard is a useful tool for education providers to monitor student outcomes for education agent facilitated enrolments. The Agency Dashboard is available under the Agent Management left side menu item in PRISMS.
PRISMS users with CoE Administrator role can access the Agency Dashboard. CoE Administrator users can request access permission to the agents reports from their “Change My Details” page in PRISMS. Requesting additional access generates an automatic email to the Registration Signatory Delegate (RSD) for your provider. You will be notified of the approval via email.
The Agency Dashboard data is updated weekly and is based on CoEs that have visa activities and have an agent involved.
The monitored outcomes are Incompletion rates and Visa Refusal rates. Incomplete outcomes of enrolments are based on Student Course Variation (SCV) reporting by your organisation. Visa refusal data is sourced from Department of Home Affairs.
